Cleaner/Inspector – Vacation Rental Properties
Location: South Florida (Sunny Isles, Hallandale, Ft Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Dania Beach)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner/Inspector to ensure our vacation rental properties are spotless and guest-ready. In this role, you will inspect properties after guest departure, after cleaning, and before new arrivals to guarantee everything meets our quality standards. You’ll work closely with our operations team and cleaning partners to report issues and maintain a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties after guest departure and before arrival to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Check for damages, maintenance issues, or missing items, and report findings promptly
- Verify that cleaning has been completed to Cielo Stays’ standards
- Restock essential supplies as needed
- Take photos and complete digital inspection checklists
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors in both English and Spanish
- Drive between properties in the area as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Previous experience in cleaning, property inspection, or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for checklists and reporting
- Professional, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
