Mayor Furr has been a dedicated public servant for over two decades, having served 12 years as a Hollywood City Commissioner before being elected to the Broward County Commission in 2014. As Mayor, he has focused on critical issues including environmental sustainability, early childhood education, transportation, housing, economic opportunity, and the arts.
